Hey guys, i have a 1080p film in .TS format (mpeg2)....if i copy the file to the ps3 it works fine, but no go streaming.. Is there anything i can do to get the file to stream over the network without re-encoding?....maybe rename to .mpg...or mux to m2ts?... I made a bluray structure of the disk in tsmuxer, split to 4gb, and play over the usb external fine...
I've used TVersity without any problems. I just need to mux to m2ts then change the file extension to m2t.
So you mux the file to .m2ts via TSMuxer, and then change the extension to .M2t??? Will this be the same for twonky

They also have some other useful ones at the link for MKV/MKA, Flac and MP4/M4V/M4A streaming via WMP11. Tversity of course works fine too, just figured if you're using WMP11 you'd want this option. If you are using Firefox 3, when you download the .reg file it renames it to 'whatever.reg.txt'. Just remove the .txt extension so it shows as 'whatever.reg', then double click to add to registry.
