Can I upgrade an ibook g4 10.3.9 to tiger?

    what's stopping you?
    if its running on 10.3.9. If it is running fine. as long as you have the enough ram and processor Speed.

    k thanks i wouldnt think there will be a prob ne ways ok. will i loose all my files?

    not as long as you do an "update" if you do a clean install.. it wipes out your entire HD. you may want to back up important files anyways
