Can my DVD burner burn DL DVDs?

I have a TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-H653A from Dell. I'm pretty sure it was made by Samgsung.

I'm really sorry, but can you explain the results to me? I don't entirely understand. From what I see the write is capable of doing DVD+R DL.

Also, how come the player is called the TS-H653A when it says TSSTcorp DVD+-RW TS-H653A. Are they the same thing?
