i bought an iphone of a guy who is not going to pay the new contract he got,can they barr the phone even if its jailbroken?will they barr it? thnks
It depends if they know the IMEI (which as a contract provided phone they probably do) They will class it as stolen, which it is, and block it on all networks.
Not sure the answer you received is correct. I contacted att and asked if they knew whether a phone was stolen. I explained that I was looking to buy an iphone off of craigslist and I was a little nervous. The att representative said they don't track stolen phones. I'm not sure that makes sense but that's what they told me. jimmyice
