Im trying to burn some mpegs files that I have in my computer. But when I add the file to the project that I'm trying to burn it only takes a portion of the clip that Im trying to burn. It doesnt take the whole file. How can I fix this?
The one that came with my laptop. The Toshiba one. But I also used imtoo or something like that and had the same problem. When I see with my media player I could see the whole clip but when i try to load it so I can make a DVD it doesnt take the clip just a portion.
It didnt work. The file is 31:33 mins long and it only takes 1:33 from it. This is the 3 prog Ive use what could it b>
Download this application and see if your mpeg has any errors: http://www.gromkov.com/faq/faq2004-0085.html
this is an odd one? at first i thought of some type of protection like DRM? but could be currupt, but its dam odd the file plays all the way through on your pc... not a clue?
None of this programs are working. And I download one of the files again and still have the same problem. No other sueggestions?
None of which programs? Did you download from the same source? Chances are you got the same corrupt file, if corruption is the case.
When I add the file to the DVD that I want to burn, if the file is 33:00 long, it only says that is 1:33 long and when I burn thats what it burns. But when i hit preview it doesnt stop at 1:33 the video clip keeps running but the timing stops.
ok??? so your saying even in the software it only plays part of the file, this is before you burn anything to dvd right??? what software you useing?
Well the software plays all the file. But it stops running at 1:33. Then when I burn it only burns the 1:33s. When I preview it it plays the whole clip and if I use media player it plays the clip and it has the correct time frame.
And that file is a mpeg, right? Not an AVI? Did you try using that tool that I recommended, "MPEG Corrector" ?
