Hi room I've just had new virgin internet fitted and phone 100 meg done speed check and I'm getting 109 so all good No TV package I'm using krpytview a780 which has a splitter one to moderm one to kryptview box . I had the same set up many years ago and it was very stable , I have noticed that all channel will go off ever 10 mins or so for 10secound then come back on , when I fitted the splitter to virgin box I took this part off i was wondering weather I should of left it on here it is

They prevent hazardous voltages from being transferred to in-home installations. Technetix supplies two major types of isolator; fully and semi-isolated system outlets. The TRIS series comprises fully isolated system outlets developed to meet the needs of the European market. They incorporate high voltage capacitors that provide isolation to both the inner and the outer conductors of the coaxial connectors.
