can`t put file into nero

    i can`t put file into nero smartstart and don`t know how to burn it can any one help please

    files go in filing cabinets....What I mean is you need to be just a bit more specific on what you are trying to do.

    I know:
    1. You have a file of some sort.
    2. You have Nero SmartStart.
    3. You want to burn the file.

    1. What kind of file is it, mpeg, .avi? Where did it come from and where is it now?
    2. SmartStart has a lot of different ways to be used. What features are you opening?
    3. If we get through the first two then this is the easy part....I hope!
