Can use my ps2 hard drive in my pc?

    I was planning on buying an external hard drive for my labtop, but i recently found my old ps2 hard drive. Can i buy an external hard drive case and just put the ps2 hard drive in it?

    It should be just a plain ole 10Gig IDE drive...just wipe it with a low level format...should be good to go.
