Hi I have about 20 DVD's that are in PAL format or some other format. It's not a problem for me because I have 2 region free DVD players. But I can't let family and friends borrow them because of the region problem. If u can change this setting can some1 tell me a program to use and hopefully a guide to use it thank U.
DVDFAB Decrypter, AnyDVD, DVD Decrypter, Ripit4me - any of these should remove region coding. You will have to reburn the discs though. Also, if any of your friends and family are in NTSC countries, they might not be able to watch your discs: unless they have a DVD player that will convert, PAL discs won't play on NTSC players.
