I just got a quick question. I have a cam movie and lets say the video is about a 3/10 is there a program or anyway to like enhance it or make it better or I'm I just stuck with this crappy quility.
There are several ways to do that, but it usually involves a LOT of work, and some very expensive software.
You're on your own there, but some hints would to look for software from Sony or Adobe. Google is your friend. Also, don't expect any miracles, if it's unviewable, it won't get much better unless you have the kind of software forensics teams and government agencies use to clear up images.
and chances are that prior to rls the rls group did what they could to enhance the picture. just wait for a better rls..
