i would like to put a vhs of my mam and dad onto a dvd disk iv'e got a ati radeon 9800 pro 128 ddr memory i use nero 6 my vhs only got a scat socket but i also got a adapter with s-video 3 plugs white red and yellow can someone explan to me how to set this up thanks ali
Red is audio right channel, white is audio left channel, and yellow is video. Plug the yellow to yellow from VCR to your capture card. Get a "Y" adapter, Composite to stereo micro plug. Plug in the red and white, and plug the adapter into your sound card's audio in port. Start ATI's Multimedia center capture software. Specify your sound card as audio source, and Composite as video source. Start the capture, then hit PLAY on the VCR. Read some guides at www.digitalfaq.com all about capturing with ATI cards.
