can i change a pal dvd to ntsc, so i can play it on an american dvd player?? i have dvdxcopy... is there a way to do this and make a perfect copy?
No, not using DVDxCopy. Actually the process is pretty complicated and not for faint of heart. The problem is because of both the different resolutions, and the different frame rates. I believe PAL is 25 frames per second and NTSC is 29 some odd frames per second. There are guides out there to allow you to do this, and you can find them if you search around, but it is not a one application process.
