after purchasing a new pc, I loaded and activated my dvdxcopy,v3.0.2, and it worked perfectly. probably backed up about 30 to 40 dvds. then my pc crashed and would not reboot. had to call hp, and they said i would have to use my backup disc to reboot (recover system). now when i reload dvdxcopy i get a message either, "this license already used" or "the alottedmumbers of activtions has been used for this license". what can i do to use this software now, can anyone HELP. thanks.
