A few days ago I attempted to burn a cd and it errored saying it couldn't be recognized and it was the wrong type of cd. The type I am using are CD-R blanks, and have successfully burned cds using the same type and burner program not long ago. As of now, however, after another attempt, I can't even get to the point to burn an audio cd, as it only shows that there are "image recorders" and can only burn images. I'm not sure if my cd burner itself needs to be replaced or there is something wrong with a program. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
i would try a clean reinstall of nero 6 using the 6.6.0.18 version (its the best one) you can get it here http://filehippo.com/download_nero_burning_rom/?539
use the nero clean tool also when you are uninstall it http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-cleantools.html
