    Download 2 programs

    Registry Mechanic (or substitute)

    Webroots Window Washer

first Reboot - the right click on the folder with the stuff in it C:program files\name of program

then select "shred with window Washer" or something along those lines

then run the registry scanner and remove all traces of it

then reboot once again - and reinstall, if thats what you want ;D

if you dont want to reinstall - reboot, and then delete whats left - if anything

F.Y.I M4A1, you can restore your Hard Drive to the default with the disk that came with it but you will have to load all of your programs & reload all Win updates. I dont feel like going throgh all of that again. I just did that a week ago, thrn loaded this phone tools software by mistake after going through that
