    filename ***.nsv

    NSV Bitstream Information:
    Video: H264 320x240@25.00fps, Audio: AAC

I just installed ffdshow as well based on some suggestions. No luck. Winamp starts the file, I can hear Audio but no Video?!

    Please help!

    Thank you

mplayer should work (supports nsv and AVC, just never tried the two combined myself).

No idea about WinAMP. Can it even use dshow decoders for nsv? Its nsv splitter I guess doesn't use dshow. Maybe requires seperate plugins for decoding nsv streams?

Go to http://www.tvnettet.com/ and in their downloads sections is auto installer and u can have your awesome nsv up and running. nsv is a type of 264 format, great quality for small size clips.

Winamp uses VfW for decoding? That can't be good. Did you enable AVC VfW decoding like it said to though? How about trying mplayer. There are some GUI's for it to like MPUI or smplayer if you prefer.

nsv is not a type of H.264 format by the way. It is simply a container format and it started out I believe using On2's VP3 for video.

    Hi Celtic,

I am really not aware of these terms, so it'll be great if u can tell me in a more clearer way and also the procedure. I just somehow want to see this video.

The video type is H264 320x240@25.00fps

I am getting the audio but not the video.

    Thanks and Regards
