Cannot read Dvd Drive??

    Hi, i been using VSO convertXtoDVD to convert n burn DVDs.
    it been working fine but now i dunt kno whats rong but wen i try to burn. it doesnt show a dvd burner drive no more. there i cant burn. and i dont kno how to select the burner. can someone plz help?

    see if you can see the drive when you double click my computer, if you can delete the drive, and reboot the computer it ought to pick it back up as a new product installed. it should work fine then. if not i tried to help.
