cannot read DVD`S

    I have a Panasonic DMR-E75V.I record on a DVD take the DVD out of the machine put in back in and the screen says cannot read disc.What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this

    When you record something and immediately play it back, is the recording present.

    If you finalize the disk in the recorder, will it play if you remove and put it back.

    Does the finalized disk play on the PC.

    Panasonic? can use DVD-RAM disks, do you have one to test.
