Canon Powershot Pro 1

Hi, was curious if anyone had this camera at all and if so what are their opinions of it. I have just ordered a refurbished one from Canon Direct for only £401 as opposed to the £700 it costs new from all the online retailers.

In particular, what got me very interested in the camera was the 28-200mm (35mm terms) f2.4-3.5 L Professional lens that comes with it. Obviously its a lot smaller in diameter than my 70-200mm L f2.8 Canon lens, but i have been told that the build quality and performance is virtually as good. Does anyone know if this is the case?

At 8.5 actual Megapixels, it certainly should give me many options in the digital world and will probably lead to me selling my EOS 30E and lenses.
