I just purchased a ZR600 and am unable to download video. I have a firewire card and hook the camera up but can't figure out how to transfer images. Any ideas?
Use a video editing program to capture the video. You can use Windows MovieMaker to do that (but be aware of this common mistake: http://www.digitalvideoclub.com/tutorials/moviemakermistakes.php ) There are also a number of freeware programs that you can use.
