cant access web page

    hi. i have problem. i have had no trouble getting on web sites. until this afternoon. then i moved my computer back upstairs and one site i cant get back on i get this error-
    HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden
    Internet Explorer

    what does this mean. i have never had this problem before.

    i get this too

    403 Forbidden
    Unauthorized IP address.
