i have 2x nec 3500ag burners... i used to be able....before new windows install.... to burn to dvd+r... now every time i insert a dvd+r the drive icon turns to cd instead of dvd.... i can use nero to erase dvd+r but then when i try to burn to it the computer says media not empty.... i cant format the media as it says error drive unaccessable.... if i try to burn to dvd+r without formatting it simply says media not formatted..... i know these drives work with the media i have ... they were perfect before windows reinstall.... i have updated all drivers... i have updated nero to nero 6 reloaded.... and all firmware upgrades have been done... any other ideas guys
