cant change wallpaper

Hi

I don't know why this happened, but I can not change the Windows Wallpaper anymore. I'm not sure how long this has been a problem, but I can't fix it. When I go to Display Propoerties >Desktop, the Browse button is greyed out, and I can't select a new background. I use Windows XP and it is also unable to change the background. And when i right click on an image and select "set as desktop background" still it will not change..


Can anyone please help...

Have really not heard of that before. You can try using a seperate program like Desktop Themes

Perhaps it's been disabled? What kind of account are you on (what privileges)?

 

i have administrator privileges..if it has been disabled how do i turn it back on?
