Can't Click on Taskbar!

    Hi,
    I need help with my taskbar because i can see it, there are the icons, there are the windows open, theres the start button on it, but i can't click on things i minimized. I can't use the startbar and i can't open the programs in the icons on the bottom right corner. Please help!

    Edit: Eh, didn't read correctly first time.

    But since I posted, go to My Computer. Right click a blank area of the tool bar. Select Customize. Add the "Folder Options".
    Open Folder Options > Veiw tab > check "Show Control Panel in My Computer".
    Click OK.
    Go to My Computer > Control Panel > Taskbar and Start Menu > Taskbar tab > uncheck "Lock the taskbar".

    Maybe....
