Yes i have a 2wire SBC AT&T and i have a wireless 2 wire modem just to let you know. My son has a speedstream dsl/cable box and a ethernet connection in his computer. Fine. When i put the modem in the and hook up the ethernet cable to the computer and the phone cord from the modem to the phone jack and click on the internet it does not workk. I called up Yahoo and it does not give any support really. I just need someone to tell me what i have to set up on the main computer to let the internet connection go to my son's cable/dsl modem. So if someone knows please help me i would really appreciate it. Also i do not have any software for the speedstream box, its was an extra box that SBC sent me because i thought my 2 wire was broken.

Why don't you just buy a cheap wireless card for your son. I don't think you can hook up two modems in different jacks but i could be wrong.

Ok well what if I buy a usb adapter they are selling them for $40 bucks at best buy near me. And before i buy this i want to make sure that i have everything that i need. I have a host computer with a wireless 2 wire router. My other son has a wireless laptop and he can hook up to it. So all i need to buy is that wireless usb adapter and plug it in set up the drivers and then i would be good to go. I just want to make sure of it before i go and buy it.

That should be fine just make sure it's compatible with the wireless modem ,but I wouldn't worry too much about that. Buy it and try it if it doesn't work make sure you keep the receipt and then return it to best buy for a different one or your money.
