hi been searching forums and could'nt find category for this so if i'm on wrong forum i apologise now.i have solwise pl-14pe homeplugs and netgear router when i plug ethernet cable into router instead of having green light on input port its orange and doesnt work i have connected to router and used dreambox control centre and searched and found homeplugs but when i try to connect the light remains orange.any ideas what i'm doing wrong. cheers
try it with your pc m8 first disconnect both plugs plug the one in for the router first reboot the router then after you do this let the router fully light up then connect the other plug and test with your pc or laptop making sure your wirless adapter on lap top is switched off
thanks for reply tried what you said unfortunately port still has orange light i think maybe homeplugs not compatable with router.
