hey i have a new Medion 5000 PC which has all the inputs and outputs in the world but I still cant make it to capture my VHS tapes on the Harddriive I have a tv card and I have RCA inputs and S-video Inputs, no matter how I connect my VCR I am never able to get any picture to actually start capturing, no matter what the software is What might be happening???
it might help if you could be a bit more specific with the issue... are you getting sound but just no video?? what tv card is it and are you sure it accually works?? is there a little switch or a menu setting on the VCR that transfers the output from coax cable to RCA?? the more info the better...
