I used dvd xcopy express to make amovie of a dvd i had, then i wathced it and wanted to erase it, but roxio would not even see the dvd was in the drive, then even after rebooting just going in to my computer it did not even see the dics as being in there. When you use dvd xcopy or express is that disc done weather its a r or a rw? I am using the nec dell dvd+ burner? any body hout there able to help me. I also roxio cd creator to copy a test file on to a dvd rw disc then rebooted then put the dics back in the dvrive and now neaithe rthe dvd rom drive or the burning drive will see the disc, and when i go to disc erace, the start button is grayed out cause it does not see a dic in there, can anybody help?
If you have nero installed it can erase it for you. If you're gonna use DXC xpress again it will erase it for you automatically. Otherwise if there is already information on the dvd roxio has to reformat it.
