i have 2 xbox'x, both are v1.0,both softmodded,the 1st one has an 80gig WD and works perfect. i can ftp to it and find the eeprom easy. the 2nd one i had problems with it last night got it fixed and resoftmodded before i went to bed. i ftp to it this morning to tranfer everything i need to but still cant find that eeprom anywhere, i check every folder that i could open 2 times just to make sure i did'nt miss it but i still cant find it. i want to put a 120 gig WD hdd in it but do i need the eeprom to do this or not? in my 1st xbox here is my E drive. app backup cache games music skin spider man2 tdata trainers udata evox.ini evoxdash.xbe item.txt screendump.bmp E/backup/ mod ms bios.bin disk.bin eeprom.bin hddinfo.txt hddkey.bin the 2nd xbox(problem box) E/ apps backup cache games music tdata udata screendump.bmp E/backup/ mod ms any idea on what i can do? i looked and building the eeprom reader but that is beond my skills.(i cant solder worth a crap..lol) thanks guys for the help again.. add
use aid load it up go to where it says backup an u should find backup eeprom. then just back it up to where ever like C or E and there u go
i 1st download it to my pc then burn it to disk and then put the cd in my xbox-install it there and go from there or do i use it from my pc going thru ftp? never done this before so i am in the blind with it. thanks for the help G3n3raL add

what kind of disk should i use? i just put it on a normal disk for music or should i use a cd-rw? thanks add
this is the thread i am downloading aid3 from and i just cant get my xbox to read the disk. i just keeps show that the tray is emty. am i doing something wrong? add
i get the same prob just pop the disc in and out untill ure xbox can recoinize it or u didnt make the iso right
