Ok, well I recently bought a toshiba satellite P105 S9337. What im trying to do is downgrade from vista to XPpro, reason behind it is that with vista installed every PC game I play have hiccups every fews secs, making my framerates from perfect to horrible. Anyways. Seeing how this laptop has SATA HDD, I needed to put the drivers in a Floppy to support it. So when i start Installing XP i press f6 to add devices, and select the devices from the floppy for xp. Problem is after doing to that the screen stays blue and after a few mins I get this message "File cpqarray.sys cause an unexpected error (12544) at line 3514 in d:\xpclient\base\boot\setup\setup.c So if anyone can help me i would appreciate it.
Well I was following the procedures stated here http://askiris.toshiba.com/ToshibaS...sliceId=&dialogID=8442047&stateId=1 0 8436982 It takes you step by step on how to do this. Which really isnt hard at all. Just trying to see why it is that its not letting me go through with it.
