Hi, I have done 2 xbox consoles with softmods. The frist one went without a hich, all worked well. The second when fine also, but I can't get any backup games to load on Evox. The disk show up as game in the dvd status window. When the disk is launched evox says loading for 3 sec. and goes back to defalt menu. The games also won't load from the hard drive both with dvd2xbox and fxp. Other boot disks and originals load with no problems and all work on the other xbox. Anyone with an idea what this could be? I have dvd-r and they work on the first xbox. The second xbox reads them fine. I can fxp into the drive and see the files and copy them. It just doesn't load for all I can tell.
hmm.. so on evox menu, it has games tap. Select it, it will show all the games in the hdd. then select the game to play. Do you have these steps?
I can't seem to get whats going on. An other question, whats a eazy way to flash the bios on a softmod
on unleash goto file manager. then goto a game folder. get inside the folder, you will see the default.xbe. then click on it. the game should launch.
Well I need to do something to this xbox. I can't get the backup to run. If I need to chip it thats no biggy for me. Still no clue on why the game won't load?
