Can't load OS

    When I turn on the pc, it shows : File/mini/bios.ini/system32/ can not be loaded. code 14.

    I try to go into save mode but it shows : XP PRO SETUP.

    I try to do recovery disk but it restarts and repeatedly showing the error above.

    PC INFO :

    WIndows Media Center 2005 XP PRO with SP2
    Gateway 5014

    If I order OS Software, all I do is load it to the cd rom drive and let it complete the installing?

    When did you get this from Gateway?

    If it's still under warranty, you might want to try them first.

    I bought it January of this year.

    I try to ask and call gateway and they keep telling me to use the restore disc when it doesn't allow me to reach the desktop area since no OS is found.

    I hope the Full OS Disk I just order will work with it.

    I will keep in touch with you guys if this doesn't work. thanks.
