Xbox has a xenium s.p.ice chip,m8bios,and evox dash. Been installed for bout 6 months never had a problem with anything ftpin burning backups nothing. So I reformatted my computer installed flashfxp and craxtion 4 which i've been using the whole time and burning iso's with Nero. I tried to backup Midnight club 3 remix and everything seemed fine I burnt the iso to Imaition disk 8x put in xbox and it says game on the dashboard so i thought everything was fine so when i go to launch dvd it just sits at launching and won't load but if i put in a different backup which i have already burnt before i reformatted and launch dvd it works flawlessly. Can anyone help me with this problem I've tried 4 games and got 1 game to work. GAMES DIDN'T WORK: 4x4 world circuit,midnight club 3 remix, and championship bowling GAME THAT WORK: NBA Ballers Pheom Oh yea if i backup one of my old games it works!? Just the new ones won't work? XBOX 1.6 (a or b) can't remember:SP.ice solderless Bios: M8bios dashboard evo-x 3935 dvd media Imation 8x,Compusa 4x Verbatim DL (all work fine) if you can help me thanks dont know what to do
First off the Imaition disk 8x are poor quility media. I know because I used them and had alot of problems with them. I would sugest buying better quility media. 1 of the first things you can try is cleaning out your CACHE folders on the Xbox HDD. Go to every folder and if there is a CACHE folder in it delete the files inside the CACHE folder. (Dont delete the cachefolder) How are you trasnfering the game folder over to your computer to make the xISO? Are you riping the game to the HDD using dvd2Xbox then transfering the game folder over? or are you trasfering the D: folder (DVD Drive on Xbox) to your computer then making the xISO with craxtion? I would rip the game folder from your D: folder myself and then make the ISO. Also do a search on the games that dont work and see if they might need to be patched to work.
