cant make image of zelda but mario and wario worked ok?

hi all i gotta be honest this is the first real problem for me since i have invested in my streaming gamecube power mwa hahahaha. uhhmm, yes, anyway moving along swiftly.
My problem is this, i have managed to make a couple of backups now (mario,wario party)
but the problem is when i go to make an image of zelda wind waker, it gets so far and then the streaming looses packets.
Is it a faulty disk or is there some other programme i can use apart from phoneix 2.3?
thanks in advance and oh one more thing i would lovvveee to get off my chest

the ammount of people here complaining about streaming and can i burn my gcm to a mini dvd. ffs!
