i am really stuck with my new ipod shuffle i put music on it on the computer it says it is done sucessfully and then it says its ok to disconnect the ipod so i do then it blinks green then orange and that means no music soooo im really stuck and and confused any help would be absoulutly brilliant x
Try posting this on the ipod forum. I would try to return it at least for an new shuffle. I would try to upgrade to an ipod. ipods can be accessed with 3rd party software. Shuffles can't so when the Apple software fails, there is nothing you can do except throw it out.
