I've had this problem for months and still can't find a way to fix it. I tried with WinDVR 3, Home Theater 2, and Cyberlink Power Cinema and they all have audio when watching tv but no audio when you record tv. I know my settings are correct. Need some serious help please. I've been trying to record for when i'm at work and have missed alot of programs because theres no point in recording the show if you can't hear it.

Have you gone into your Windows Audio recording settings and enabled the "TV Tuner" as the audio Source for Recording (Not just Playback) and then adjusted the TV Tuner audio Volume???

If you can not get it to work(You should be able to because if you can hear the audio then it means the "TV Tuner" is enabled for "Playback" in the Windows audio settings, But if you can"t record the audio then it usually means that you do Not have the "TV Tuner" enabled for "Recording" in the Windows audio Settings...
