can't record!

    hi, i bought a conexant 23880 Video Capture card (NTSC) and i installed the program that came with it, WinTVR3. When i try to record a program an error comes up saying "WinTVR.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." i have windows xp pro. any suggestions?

    Try re-installing the capture software and check your device manager to make sure that the drivers for the card are properly installed....
