Cany any body tell me how to record from tv to my computer?

    Hi

    I have ADS Instant TV + FM PCI, PTV-351/PTV-351-EF and I would like to know how to use it with recording from the TV to my Computer?

    What sort of cables or plug wires do I need to connect with my tv and how to connect the tv to the computer???

    you need an adapter that changes the RF to AV jacks. i have one on my computer but i cant remember the name for it.
