Hi. I'm a rapper, and I'm fairly popular, but for some reason my confidence is getting low because I don't feel I can write like I used to. I've tried bringing in other writer's, but I don't feel true to my fans doing that. It's like a message that I'm saying, but it's not the same if the it's not directly from me.

For my mixtape song's I download beat's from LimeWire. I was looking for some Chamillionaire beats yesterday, and I happened to find one called ''I'm In Luv Wit My Money''. I downloaded that beat, and it had Chamillionaire in the chorus. I wrote to that song, recorded and it made me feel kind of better for some reason.

So, what I'm asking is if anyone on this forum has a program that they can keep the chorus to some song's and take the verse out so I can record my part.

So it would be like 50 Cent or somebody singing the original chorus in all the part's where it is suppost to be, but the rest of the part is instrumental. I have a list of rappers/songs I would like someone to do this on for me. If you have a program like this please post something saying so on this thread, and I will IM you. Thank you and I hope you can help.

try using an instrumental beat and a accapella flow, I bet a DJ could hook this up and since your fairly popular someone could do it.

I tried doing that, but mostly the acapellas are longer or shorter than the instrumentals, so it's hard to keep it even. My label has got it's own DJ, but he is working on a mixtape, and wanting to charge me right now.

Well then maybe you would have to wait then. You can try Reason v3 or Frootyloops to try to make this happen.

Kinda lame that your own DJ is going to charge you....even on your record label.
