Capture card with a computer monitor

    hey ive been looking for a capture card that wont break the bank and has good quality... the only thing is that im using a computer monitor and not a tv so i dont use AVI cables i use HDMI. and also im working with a laptop so i need one with a USB plugin.

    any help?
