Hi, I'm sorry for this question, but I totally forgot how to do it. So, If I'm watching a movie on my computer, pushed a pause and have an image, how is it possible to copy this image in, for example, Microsoft Word file? Is it Ctrl+P or something like that? Please help me, or even .... is it a better way to get more-or-less good quality pictures from video files? Thank you
