Capture Still Frames from a Movie

    Anyone know of some good freeware that will let you take screenshoots of certain scenes?

    With VLC media player you pause at the required scene, click 'Video' => 'Snapshot'.
    I think most media players have this feature.

    You can also load the file into Virtualdub and scroll through the frames and save a still.
