CARD READER

    i have a brand new dell multi card reader (i got it from dell when i thought my original was broke. just a loose wire hehe)i wanted to know if it is possible to fit it to my other pc which is not a dell.

    Should be, aslong as you have a spare bay at the front of the case to put it in. Card readers are usually attached to the front USB headers of motherboards. Almost all PCs have at least one of these spare.

    do as sam says but might have to load driver for it just in case.
