My Dell XPS 600 is broken and I've had no hope in finding a new motherboard for it so I want to buy a new case and motherboard to house its old parts.

    It just needs to hold:

2 NVIDIA 7800 GTX cards in SLi
    2GB DDR2 RAM
Intel Pentium D 3.42ghz dual core with ht technology

Any suggestions? I am trying to find the cheapest option

You will need a new case to house a replacement board as only Dell boards work in Dell cases and with Dell PSUs, so that's a new case, motherboard and power supply.
Additionally, modern SLI motherboards are exceptionally unreliable. To avoid running into this problem again 9-12 months down the line, you would be wise to either only use one of the 7800s, or sell both and get a single card. You can buy a single card for $70 nowadays (Radeon HD4670) that will outperform both 7800s when working flat out in SLI. Doing this will also reduce your power usage considerably.
