Cat-5 Cable length

    When connecting my Xbox to my PC, does it matter what length the cable is?? Also, i can use a standard Cat-5 networking cable, right??

    naw, i don't think so, i'm using a 100ft cable and i ain't got problems

    xbox to pc needs a cross-over cable
    but if it's like a xbox to router/or hub to pc
    then a standard cat-5 will do

    I have a Xbox to router connection going. So everything should be set, i need to buy my cable, and then wait for my mod chip to arrive.
