Hi all, been using CCE ver. 2.50 and cannot get a full conversion from a divx file due to checksum errors. I downloaded ver. 2.70 trial but cannot get it installed. its an update and when pressing the exe file, a window opens looking for a reference file and can't figure out what to put on that line, tried everything. Any help getting it installed appreciated.
So, are you telling that the patch I sent you doesn't work on your version? (about your problem, since my patch doesn't seem to work I can only suggest you to change encoder...)
Hi aldaco, no, it didn't work, installed it twice into the 2.50 exe file. Would ver. 2.70 work and does CCE have to have pulldown working during encoding, using film machine and it has pulldown in the folder. I also tried HC but the file is jerky and audio is out of sync with video, quality is good though, but slow (25 hrs). Is there a program that I can use to fix this. I really like CCE and would like to get ver. 2.70 installed, many thanks.
It is easy to install Version 2.70 of CCE SP...I think your Problem is you are trying to install CCE SP 2.70 from an Update version not the actual 2.70 Installer...The Update version will only Update from a Retail Version not a Cracked Demo version.... If you can not Find the actual CCE SP 2.70 Demo Installer them PM Me with your e-mail address and I will send it to you..... Cheers
