like my cd burner used to work. and like when i use cd burning programs, it works. but when i try to use the built in burner (i have xp), it says the cd isnt blank. but it is blank. im sure. im absolutely 100% sure i put in a blank cdr. and then i like use musicmatch to burn music, and it like works, and recognizes the blank cd. like, whats wrong? if that made sense, and you can help me, that would be great. ^_^ thanks

The XP burning utility is junk and can cause problems. Many people disable XPs burning utility for this reason. Standalone burning software is much more stable. Why the dire need to use XPs burning utility?

Yeah, Dont use that crap. Use nero for audio or the correct burning program for PC games.
