No problems burning DVD or CD-RW. The problem appears burning CDs only in the first 10% of the process. Tried different CDs, same story. It writes CD-RW ok? Try ImgBurn. Insert a CD-R and select 'Test Mode' (lower left)and if that works, try an actual burn. If it fails, post the log ('Help' > 'ImgBurn Logs..')
