Cd covert

    Hey, when i rip from a dvd and try and put it on my phone or psp, it doesn't work!

    The file type becomes mp4 when its been ripped, which is strange because i though that was video...

    Can i have a link to software (free, preferably), or instruction on how to convert please?

    Sorry i meant rip frpm cd, but i found the answer in another thread. This can be closed :D

    No no im worrying again now! Musicmatch jkebox isnt a free program!
    Is there anyfree audio compression programs, that i can convert cd to mp3?

    HELP!

    But dude, is there no way i can straight convert a file, if i don't have a cd with he song on, say if i downloaded it legally and paid for it, or if my friend lent me a cd or something and i no longer have the disc...you get the picture,

    then give dbpoweramp a try. you can convert say a wma into an mp3.
