I know that CD-RW means CD-Rewritable; but could CD-RW be "re-written" with infinite amount of times or is there a limit on what you put on the CD-RW [assuming that you are using CD-RW Burner]? Sorta n00bish question, but I assume that CD+RW is better than CD-RW right? =>CAR8624
Correct =) no such thing as a cd+rw mate, so your wrong on that one. Theres only one format for recordable CDs which is "minus". cant say the same for dvds tho.
Cd-RW are limited as to the number of time you can write/rewrite to them -- a good number to consider is approx. 1000 times ! Like any other media , the life expectancy as far as storage is concerned , is not quite well known yet -- We have at our offices Cd-Rw's that are 7 years old now and they are still in A+ shape.
